The team unveiled a four-phase restart plan: deploy fix and verify chain finality, replenish bridge funds at 1:1 backing, restore network operations, and lift the bridge pause via Security Council proposal. Conservative withdrawal limits will serve as an extra safety measure but are not expected to hinder normal asset transfers.
